Natalie Ross Music Video

The Fallow Field

The Fallow Field is the directorial debut indie feature from Leigh Dovey. An original psychological thriller director John Landis (The Blues Brothers, Burke & Hare) described it as “Thrilling, extraordinary, and handsome”.  Wolf Creek meets Memento in the wild harvesting hills of rural England, as amnesiac Matt Sadler retraces his missing steps to find torture, murder and much, much worse waiting for him in The Fallow Field. GUILFEST: GRASS ROOTS (2007)

GuilFest: Grassroots is a unique documentary covering the award-winning music festival in Guildford. Over 160 hours of footage including performances, interviews and behind-the-scenes drama has been edited to uncover what a festival is really about – more than just the music. Video cameras were also used by festival-goers to record and share their experiences over the 3 days, adding another grass-roots dimension to the film. 

Artists include: The Stranglers, The Lightning Seeds, Donovan, The Stereo MC’s, The Wonderstuff, and Gary Numan.

An EPK “Electronic Press Kit” was produced for behind the scenes of Hills first music video “Stay In The Middle” featuring Samantha Mumba and a cameo from US superstar Mariah Carey.  The video was shot on location in Notting Hill and the six minute featurette was also edited at The Surgery.  It includes interviews with the artists, B-Roll shots of the 35mm film shoot and offers fans a glimpse of how a music video is produced. 

 

NATALIE ROSS - “YOU’VE GOT THAT FEELING”  (2011)

SUBSOURCE – THE IDES (2010)

Producer, Camera Operator, Editor: Colin Arnold

Subsource’s second official single release and music video “The Ides” was shot on location across numerous concerts in Berlin, Brighton, Portsmouth, Carlisle, and at “London’s most famous music facility” Terminal Studios, London Bridge. The brief was to capture the bands electric live presence along with their punk rock energy. Minicams were strapped to the band’s instruments including a double bass, keyboard, guitar, MC’s Microphone and even a drummers arm giving a unique dimension to the powerful performance video. Over nineteen different camera angles were used on just one location for the foundations of the music video. Post production was also completed in-house and the video was treated using bespoke motion graphic software allowing the team to create stylistic video effects.

Utilising the internet we can upload edits anywhere in the world for you or your client and have experience of turning around edits on tight schedules and on budget.
